We are principals seeking the acquisition of retail, commercial and income producing properties in the metro-NY area (NJ, NY, PA and CT).

We prefer neighborhood and community anchored strip centers ranging from 50,000 square feet and above.  

We are very proud that during the nine month period starting on July 1, 2006, we acquired three major shopping centers (Town Plaza II, Orangeburg, NY; Plaza K, Woodbridge, NJ; and Lenox Plaza, W. Paterson, NJ) totaling over 105,000 square feet, with more than 25 tenants, for over $37,000,000.
