A&P completed a major, multi-million dollar renovation which included an entire interior redesign, with updated departments, products and services, as well as a new storefront renovation in October, 2006.  A&P converted the store to its new "Fresh" concept with this location so that it is similar to other A&P Fresh stores, such as the Midland Park location.

    Construction on the renovation and expansion commenced on August 15, 2009 and was completed in mid-2010.  The renovation project included a newly redesigned parking lot, new facade to compliment the new A&P Fresh store, new paving, landscaping, light poles, curbing, etc.  In addition the Allendale Town Center has been expanded by about 4,739 square feet.
