JOEL K. WEINBERG
Joel K. Weinberg has
been a resident of Clifton since 1977. He has been an accountant, both privately and in the public
sector, since 1967. Mr. Weinberg's private accounting
included being employed as an accounting manager for a manufacturing
company that produced rocket fuel cells for companies in the
aerospace industry. Also notable, he was employed as chief
accountant for a publicly-held company that was listed on the
American Stock Exchange, the subsidiaries of which manufactured
hardware and electronic equipment. Mr. Weinberg's public
accounting included employment as a senior accountant for Touche,
Ross & Company, which was one of the original "Big Eight" accounting
firms, which subsequently became today's Delloite, Touche. He
has been associated with the Azarian Family, in various capacities,
since 1987. Presently, he
is the Controller for The Azarian Group, L.L.C.
Mr.
Weinberg graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is married with

KEVIN R. PELIO
Kevin R. Pelio graduated from the
University of Miami where he earned a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship. He
is a New Jersey licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers. Kevin is from Kinnelon,
New Jersey and has lived in Northern New Jersey his entire life.
Following college, Kevin worked for the
NFL and Miami Dolphins working as an intern in the records and
memorabilia departments. Upon returning to New Jersey, he started
his real estate career with Weichert Realtors selling residential
real estate.
Presently, he is
employed as an
Assistant Property Manager In Training for The Azarian Group, L.L.C. and Leasing
Agent for Azarian Realty Co.

NICOLE M. CRITELLI
Nicole M. Critelli is currently
attending Felician College where she will receive a B.A. in Fine
Arts this coming spring. She is both a licensed Title Insurance
Producer and a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New
Jersey.
Nicole has been working as a settlement
agent for Nuco Title Insurance Agency since 2003, and before joining
Azarian Realty Co, she had her real estate license
with Marron, Gildea and Donohue in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Now
focusing primarily on commercial real estate, Nicole has signed on
as a Leasing Agent for Azarian Realty Co. To contact

MATTHEW
C. SCOZZARI
Matthew C. Scozzari
graduated high school in June, 2008 and enrolled as a Business
Management major at William Paterson University. Matt lives in Kinnelon, New Jersey where he has lived his entire life. Matt enjoys
playing sports, especially golf. He won the Golf State
Championship in 2008.
After his freshman year of college Matt
started working for The Azarian Group L.L.C. as a Summer Intern. Now, he is working for The Azarian Group L.L.C. part-time
as an Assistant while

AARON B.
ROTHSTEIN
Aaron B. Rothstein graduated from
Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in American Studies.  He is a
New Jersey licensed real estate salesperson and a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers. Aaron previously
co-owned a small car-detailing business while he attended college.
He is
a member of Temple Judea of Bucks County.
Aaron started his real estate
career as a summer intern with The Azarian Group, L.L.C.
and was previously employed as an Associate for The Azarian
Group, L.L.C. He is a licensed salesperson for
Azarian Realty Co.
