We would like to give you an update of our most recent activities at
The Azarian Group, L.L.C. We are very excited about our newest leases.
We have signed three leases this past month. Please click on the

- YoFresh
Yogurt Café has leased 1,500 square feet in the Walgreens Shopping
Center in Fairfield, New Jersey. This now brings the
Center to 100% occupancy!
- Great
Clips, the world's largest hair salon franchise with over 3,000
salons, has leased 1,200 square feet in the Lenox Plaza
Shopping Center in Woodland Park, New Jersey.
- Leclerc
Martial Arts has opened for business in the Hyde Park Mall,
Hyde Park, New York. We have entered into a Letter of Intent with
Dollar Tree and expect to sign a lease shortly. House to Homes is
expected to relocate and open in the Hyde Park Mall on January 1,
2012.
- We
expect to receive our building permit shortly and begin work on
the renovation and expansion of the Raritan Center in
Sayreville, New Jersey.
- The
Azarian Group, L.L.C. will again be attending the ICSC New York
National Conference and Deal Making which takes place this
December 5th and 6th. We are looking forward to the opportunity to
present and discuss our properties with retailers, brokers and
other professionals at this event.
