The Azarian Group, L.L.C. has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 1978.  When The Azarian Group became a member, there were less than 1,000 members in the ICSC; whereas today there are over 65,000 members.

The Azarian Group manages properties for its own portfolio as well as the small private investor and large limited and general partnerships and limited liability companies. The Azarian Group has developed shopping centers from the ground up, constructed new buildings, and revitalized distressed properties through re-leasing, renovation and promotion and advertising events. The Azarian Group believes in looking to the future and using a property for its highest and best use. The Azarian Group has always emphasized hands-on management, which has been the key to the success of The Azarian Group.

Azarian Realty Co. (Azarian Realty) performs leasing for all of The Azarian Group's owned and managed properties. Azarian Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage firm in the states of New York and New Jersey.

Azarian Realty has leased over 1,000 stores, offices and apartments in The Azarian Group's managed centers, office buildings, medical building, apartments, investment properties and other properties since its inception in 1983.  Azarian Realty primarily concentrates in leasing these properties. The current vacancy rate in The Azarian Group's portfolio averages a mere two to three percent, which is substantially less than the industry norm of 10 percent. Through aggressive marketing and leasing efforts, The Azarian Group strives for 100 percent occupancy, which it does have in many of its properties.

McCullough Development Company (McCullough Development) is another subsidiary of The Azarian Group and performs general contracting services for The Azarian Group's properties. McCullough Development is owned by Paul E. McCullough who is an engineer and former senior vice president with the Pillsbury Corp.  He was also previously employed as a real estate representative for 7-Eleven and McDonald’s. Mr. McCullough has been involved with developing real estate for the past 45 years.

Azarian Agency is responsible for all the insurance needs for The Azarian Group's properties. Azarian Agency is owned by Donna M. Azarian who is a licensed insurance producer in the State of New Jersey and is affiliated with some of the strongest, most competitive and highest rated carriers in today's market.

Azarian and Associates provides accounting services for individuals, small businesses and all of The Azarian Group’s owned and managed properties. The Azarian Family has been performing accounting services for over 50 years.  Donna M. Azarian is the owner of Azarian and Associates.  Joel Weinberg, who has been employed by the Azarian Family for more than 20 years, is the administrator of this division.  Barbara Azarian-McCullough is also involved with overseeing our accounting services.
