John Azarian

John M. Azarian, Jr. is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Azarian Group, L.L.C., which owns and manages over 1.2 million square feet of shopping centers, offices, and residential properties across New Jersey and New York. He also leads Azarian Realty Co., a brokerage he founded in 1986. John has served on the boards of St. Thomas Aquinas College, Hope & Heroes Children’s Cancer Fund, and Greater Alliance Federal Credit Union, and established multiple family scholarships. Active in real estate for four decades, he holds CSM and CRX designations. John and his wife, Donna, have four children.
Donna Azarian
OWNER, LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKER & INSURANCE PROFESSIONAL
Donna M. Azarian is the owner of Azarian Agency, providing insurance and financial services, and Azarian & Associates, a full-service accounting firm. A licensed real estate broker and insurance professional, she has worked in commercial real estate, sales, leasing, and property management for decades. Donna is active in professional organizations including ICSC, NAFE, and local chambers of commerce. She is also a board member of Hope & Heroes Children’s Cancer Fund at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital.

John drives property management and leasing, while Donna adds expertise in insurance, financial services, and commercial real estate. Together, they’ve built a strong business with a lasting impact through philanthropy, mentorship, and community initiatives.
Kim Hannah

Kim Hannah, Executive Vice President, is a licensed Broker Associate in New Jersey and New York with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. A graduate of the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School, he began his career with The Azarian Group before holding roles at Simon Property Group and Lidl US. Kevin rejoined the company in 2021 and now leads core business operations, leasing strategy, and new business development.
Kevin Pelio
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Kevin Pelio, Executive Vice President, is a licensed Broker Associate in New Jersey and New York with over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. A graduate of the University of Miami’s Herbert Business School, he began his career with The Azarian Group before holding roles at Simon Property Group and Lidl US. Kevin rejoined the company in 2021 and now leads core business operations, leasing strategy, and new business development. He has negotiated leases with national retailers and overseen more than 160,000 square feet of transactions, contributing to a 92% portfolio occupancy. In 2023, he earned the CoStar Power Broker award.
