NEW LEASES

The Azarian Realty Company is pleased to announce we have signed 4 new leases bringing our year-end total to 11 new leases for 2016.

  4. Taquero Los Gueros, a Mexican restaurant, has leased 1,500 square feet in the Walgreens Shopping Center in Fairfield, NJ!
  5. Holes, a bagel shop, has leased 940 square feet in the Pine Brook Plaza in Pine Brook, NJ
  6. Orange Theory, an innovative health studio, has leased 2,942 square feet at The Shoppes at North Brunswick, in North Brunswick, NJ!

  8. European Wax Center, a major chain of hair removal salons in the United States, has leased 1,107  at The Shoppes at North Brunswick, in North Brunswick, NJ!
  9. Summit Medical Group, the largest and oldest physician-owned multispecialty practice in New Jersey, has leased 4,210 square feet in the Fair Lawn Medical Arts Building, Fair Lawn, NJ!
