Azarian Realty Co. has announced a new lease that brings the Walgreens Shopping Center, located in Fairfield, New Jersey, to 100% occupancy.

A smoothie and juice bar, Mr. Juice, has leased the final 1,500 SF space at the Walgreens Shopping Center. With the addition of Mr. Juice, the dominant pharmacy-anchored property offers a diverse array of conveniences, including sit down and quick-service restaurants, offices, and service retailers.

Walgreens Shopping Center is a 40,000 SF shopping center centrally located on Route 46 West in Fairfield, NJ.

Crème de la Crème Loft has leased the 2,615 SF first floor space in Plaza K Shopping Center, located in Woodbridge, NJ. The locally based event company will utilize the space to host private celebrations. Azarian Realty Completes Deal with Big Box Retailer Hobby Lobby, Leasing 60,000 SF in Neptune Plaza Shopping Center

Azarian Realty Co. is pleased to announce that Hobby Lobby has leased 58,952 SF in the Neptune Plaza Shopping Center in Neptune Township, NJ. The big-box retailer will be taking the prime Route 66-facing anchor space formerly occupied by Home Goods and Marshalls. Hobby Lobby is expected to open in 2024.

Azarian Reports Record Growth in 2022 Fueled by New Leasing and Management Assignments

Azarian Realty Co. is proud to announce its many accomplishments and successes in 2022, which resulted in not only significant leasing activity but the addition of many new property management assignments.

Leasing activity saw a significant increase across the firm’s portfolio, which covers the New Jersey/New York Metropolitan marketplace. Over 60,000 square feet was leased in 2022 and 75,000 square feet was added to Azarian’s management portfolio. The firm’s assets under management now exceed over 1.2 million square feet. Azarian reports that the top use among all completed deals in 2022 were restaurant tenants. 33% of Azarian Realty Co.’s 2022 deals were restaurant uses, while the remaining top uses were office at 23% and service businesses at 20% of all total deals in 2022. Nearly a quarter of all transactions were co-brokered deals.

Livingston Town Center experienced the most leasing activity in 2022 under Azarian Realty’s assets under management. A total of seven new tenants, ranging from restaurants to fitness and service, signed leases at the open-air center in Livingston, New Jersey.

2022 was a record-setting year for Azarian Realty Co. in terms of expanding its assets under management. Azarian Realty Co. has announced that it has been awarded a four-building property management assignment in Hudson County, New Jersey. The assignment consists of mixed-use properties that total 27,433 SF, with 29 residential units and 3 commercial units.

The firm will be exclusively managing and leasing the mixed-use and residential properties located at 99 Clifton Avenue in Weehawken, 6300 Bergenline Avenue in West New York, 83 6th Street in Guttenberg, and 6408-6410 Polk Street in West New York. The assignment will bring Azarian Realty Co.’s property management services to the Hudson County market and will strengthen its existing presence in northern New Jersey. The properties were 100% occupied at the time of the assignment.
