In the last decade, we have implemented and supervised a major renovation and expansion of over 340,000 square feet of retail space. Our renovation projects have included the total redesign of the Rochelle Park Shopping Center, Rochelle Park, New Jersey; Walgreens Shopping Center, Fairfield, New Jersey; Allendale Town Center, Allendale, New Jersey; Raritan Center, Sayreville, New Jersey; and Pine Brook Plaza, Pine Brook, New Jersey.
Recently, The Azarian Group has planned and implemented numerous tenant renovation projects including Hobby Lobby, Stop & Shop, The Big Blue Swim School, and Summit Medical Group.
The Azarian Group was involved with the conception, design, governmental approvals, bidding and awarding of contracts and supervision of all phases of construction for these projects.
