During the last 10 years, we have implemented and supervised the renovation and expansion of over 340,000 square feet of retail space.
Our major renovation projects have included the total renovation and redesign of the Rochelle Park Shopping Center, Rochelle Park, New Jersey; Walgreens Shopping Center, Fairfield, New Jersey; Allendale Town Center, Allendale, New Jersey; Raritan Center, Sayreville, New Jersey; and Pine Brook Plaza, Pine Brook, New Jersey.
The Azarian Group was involved with the conception, design, governmental approvals, bidding and awarding of contracts and supervision of all phases of construction for these projects.
