Property Management
The Azarian Group has been actively involved in property management for over five decades. We were one of the early members of the International Council of Shopping Centers when there were about 700 members whereas today there are over 60,000 members. We have extensive and diverse experience which started with small strip centers in the early 1970s and then expanded to larger, grocery-anchored community shopping centers by the end of the decade. Today, assets under management include a variety of property types including all retail asset types, mixed-use, office, medical, and multifamily. Our property management services include rent collection, tenant relations, maintenance, repairs, marketing, capital improvement implementation, and strategic property repositioning. Our business philosophy focuses on building lasting relationships and applying an owner’s mentality to serve our stakeholders and the properties under our management.
At The Azarian Group, we have extensive management experience and have performed management and leasing services for private shopping center owners, investor groups, syndications, and financial institutions. The Azarian Group has previously been assigned as a court appointed rent receiver, property manager, and leasing broker through the New Jersey courts with numerous commercial property foreclosure actions.
